“We had to have our beloved cat put to sleep last night. Paul, from Charlies Parlour collected her from us at 2200hrs the same night. He returned her to us 18 hours later in a lovely ceramic cat jar. He was so kind and understanding he really made us feel a little better. We had used Charlies Parlour twice before for our two rats. Again the service was exceptional. They went out of their way to ensure that the “boys” were treated with the same dignity that they accord to larger pets. “We had to make the heartbreaking decision to have our wonderful dog put to sleep on Boxing Day. We had met Rob a few days before Christmas and he had assured us that we could call him anytime over the holiday period. He was true to his word and made himself fully available to support us at this time. The cremation was carried out quickly and we were able to collect the ashes the next day which was also a Bank Holiday. Rob and Paul were very sensitive and professional.
